If you or your patients are having difficulty getting Chlorpromazine Syrup (brand name Thorazine) prescriptions filled at a retail pharmacy due to manufacture discontinuation, Bayview Pharmacy may be able to help.

Prescriptions will need to be written with the request to compound, and an example of how you might prescribe follows:
Compounded Medication
Chlorpromazine 5mg/ml
Flavored Oral Syrup
150ml
Take 1tsp TID
