If you or your patients are having difficulty getting levorphanol 2mg tablet prescriptions filled at a retail pharmacy due to manufacture backorder, Bayview Pharmacy may be able to help.

Prescriptions will need to be written with the request to compound, and since this is a schedule II narcotic original handwritten Rxs are necessary, in order to release the medication.
