Fax or email order forms to a prescriber office. Every send is logged on the right, and faxes show when they are delivered.

Faxes go out on the Bayview fax line with a "Bayview Pharmacy" header. Emails come from info@bayviewrx.com with the PDF attached. Check the number before you send: it goes out right away.
