How do prescribers send prescriptions to Bayview Pharmacy?
Prescriptions can be sent electronically, faxed to us at (401) 284-4506, or phoned in to us at (401) 284-4505. Our team also provides order forms for convenience.

Yes. Our staff contacts every patient after receiving a prescription.
Can patients contact you before their provider sends a prescription?
Yes. Patients may contact us to discuss options and pricing in advance.

Do you help providers choose formulations?

How long does it take to prepare compounded medications?
Most prescriptions are completed within 1 to 3 business days. Sterile preparations may require additional time.
Do you offer expedited or rush services?
Yes. Expedited service may be available depending on the medication.
Do you keep compounded medications in stock?
No. Most compounded medications are prepared after receiving a prescription.
How quickly do you contact patients?
Typically within the same business day.
Can providers specify urgency on prescriptions?
Yes. Urgent requests are prioritized when clinically appropriate.
