Bayview Pharmacy is pleased to present a specialized topical cream formulation containing Arginine HCl 11.7%, Sildenafil 1%, and Naltrexone HCl 0.817%. This unique blend of active ingredients is designed to address a range of health conditions, including erectile dysfunction, opioid addiction, and chronic pain.

Arginine HCl is an amino acid that plays a crucial role in enhancing blood flow and improving circulation. It is commonly used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction, as it boosts the production of nitric oxide in the body. This, in turn, aids in relaxing the muscles in the penis and enhancing blood flow, thereby improving erectile function.

Sildenafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor, is another key ingredient in this formulation. It is also used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Sildenafil works by inhibiting the enzyme responsible for breaking down cGMP, a chemical that aids in relaxing the muscles in the penis and enhancing blood flow. This results in improved erectile function.

Naltrexone HCl, an opioid antagonist, is the third active ingredient in this topical cream. It is used in the treatment of opioid addiction and chronic pain. Naltrexone HCl works by blocking the effects of opioids, thereby reducing cravings and withdrawal symptoms associated with opioid addiction.

This unique combination of active ingredients in our topical cream formulation is designed to provide targeted treatment for a variety of health conditions. The cream is dispensed in a pump mechanism, ensuring convenient and controlled application on the skin for localized treatment or absorption of the active ingredients. If you have any queries about this formulation, please do not hesitate to contact us at Bayview Pharmacy.

Compounded preparations have no NDC, so this formula will not appear in your EHR's drug search. Use your system's compound, non-formulary, or free-text prescription entry and name the preparation exactly as written in step 3. If your EHR forces you to pick a listed drug, pick the closest entry for the active ingredient and put the full formula in the prescription body (the Sig or directions field), not in Notes to Pharmacy.

Compounded preparations have no NDC and will not appear in your drug search. For EPCS to validate, select a drug entry your EHR recognizes as controlled, usually the bulk powder entry for the active ingredient (for example Ketamine (bulk) powder, not a branded product), then put the full formula from step 3 in the prescription body.
