How Does it Work

A small arrow pointing down

Azelaic Acid 10%/Kojic Acid 4%/Ascorbic Acid 1% Topical Solution is a potent, multi-functional topical formulation designed to address a range of skin conditions. This unique blend of active ingredients offers a comprehensive approach to skin care, targeting inflammation, discoloration, and signs of aging.

The first component, Azelaic Acid, is a powerful anti-inflammatory and antibacterial agent. It is known for its ability to alleviate redness and swelling associated with conditions such as acne, rosacea, and melasma. By reducing inflammation, Azelaic Acid helps to calm the skin and promote a more even skin tone.

The second ingredient, Kojic Acid, is a natural skin lightening agent. It works by inhibiting the production of melanin, the pigment responsible for dark spots and discoloration. Regular use of Kojic Acid can help to fade these areas of hyperpigmentation, resulting in a more uniform skin tone.

The final component, Ascorbic Acid, is a form of Vitamin C, a potent antioxidant known for its skin-brightening properties. Ascorbic Acid helps to neutralize harmful free radicals, reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, and promote a brighter, more youthful complexion.

When used as directed, this topical solution can help to reduce inflammation, lighten dark spots, and brighten the skin. For optimal results, it should be applied twice daily, in the morning and evening. A thin layer of the solution should be applied to the affected area, allowing it to fully absorb into the skin. As this formulation can increase skin sensitivity to the sun, it is crucial to use a sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher during the day.

If you have any questions or concerns about using this formulation, please do not hesitate to contact us.
