About Our Hours of Operation
Bayview Pharmacy is a compounding-only pharmacy located in Warwick, Rhode Island. Our goal is to make it easy for patients, caregivers, and providers to know exactly when and how they can reach us for refills, new prescriptions, and clinical questions.
Pharmacy Counter and Pickup Hours
Our pharmacy hours for in-person visits and prescription pickup are:
- Monday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Tuesday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Wednesday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Thursday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Sunday: Closed

- Drop off new paper prescriptions

Shipping and Local Delivery
Bayview Pharmacy serves patients throughout Rhode Island and multiple neighboring states with shipped compounded prescriptions.
Standard Prescription Shipping
- Most prescriptions are compounded within 24–48 business hours once we receive a valid prescription and any required clarifications.
- Shipping times are typically 1–3 business days, depending on location and shipping method.

Hospice and Infusion Deliveries
We provide dedicated delivery routes and cutoff times for hospice and infusion services.
Hospice Delivery Information
Hospice partners have established delivery schedules for routine medication and supply runs. Please refer to our Shipping and Deliveries or Infusion Delivery Schedules Help Center articles for route-specific details.
Infusion Bag and Supply Timing
Infusion bags and related supplies follow defined delivery days and cutoff times. Hospice nurses can contact our hospice department directly if a patient has an urgent need outside of the regular schedule.
After-Hours and Urgent Needs
While the pharmacy counter is closed outside of posted hours, an on-call pharmacist is available for urgent clinical questions related to active Bayview Pharmacy patients, especially hospice and critical-care situations.

For any life-threatening emergency, always call 911 before contacting the pharmacy.

Holiday Hours and Weather Closures
Bayview Pharmacy observes most major U.S. holidays. On some holidays we may be closed or operate with reduced hours. Severe weather may also impact store hours, shipping, and delivery schedules.

If hours change due to holidays or weather, we will:
