Your prescriber sends the order by e-prescribe, by fax to 401-284-4506, or on one of our order forms. Bayview does not write prescriptions or provide consultations.
A pharmacist verifies the prescription first. Compounding is typically 1 to 3 business days after verification, in our USP 795, 797 and 800 labs.
Shipping is typically 1 to 2 business days by UPS or USPS to New England states, and 2 to 3 business days by UPS ground to New Jersey and Florida, or overnight by UPS Next Day Air for an additional charge. Pickup at 3844 Post Road in Warwick is available to anyone.
Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved and are made only on a prescriber's order. A valid prescription from a licensed prescriber is required.
