Sterile ophthalmic preparations, made in our sterile compounding laboratory under USP standards. Fortified gentamicin, tobramycin and vancomycin drops are prescribed at concentrations no commercial drop reaches, usually for a corneal ulcer. Low-dose atropine is compounded because the commercial strength is far higher than a myopia protocol calls for.
Every preparation listed here is compounded by Bayview Pharmacy against a prescription written for an individual patient. Prices shown are starting cash prices and vary with the strength, quantity and dose form your prescriber orders.
