Formulation & dosing. Compounded as oral suspension in 2, 6, 8, and 10 mg/mL (SyrSpend or SuspendRx SF Alka) and delayed-release capsules (20 mg and custom strengths). Commonly dosed once daily 30 minutes before the first meal; pediatric dosing is weight-based per the prescriber.
