Five preparations, three of them compounded ketamine in different forms, dosed and supervised by the prescriber. The other two exist for a swallowing problem rather than a strength problem: guanfacine as a liquid for children who cannot take a tablet, and leucovorin as an oral suspension where no approved liquid is made. Ketamine is a controlled substance and is dispensed only against a prescription written for a named patient.
