How Does it Work

A small arrow pointing down

Clomiphene Citrate 12.5 mg/Testosterone 12.5 mg/0.2 ml Sublingual Drops is a specially compounded medication designed to address a range of conditions such as infertility, hypogonadism, and delayed puberty. This medication is administered sublingually, which means it is placed under the tongue and allowed to dissolve, ensuring a direct and efficient absorption into the bloodstream.

The active ingredients in this formulation, clomiphene citrate and testosterone, work synergistically to stimulate the body's hormone production. This can help regulate various reproductive functions, depending on the condition being treated.

For infertility, this medication aids in the stimulation of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH). These hormones play a crucial role in ovulation and conception, thereby potentially increasing the chances of successful conception.

For hypogonadism, the medication assists in boosting the production of testosterone. This can alleviate symptoms such as decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, and fatigue, thereby improving the patient's quality of life.

For delayed puberty, the medication stimulates hormone production, promoting the development of secondary sexual characteristics and aiding in the normal progression of puberty.

It is crucial to remember that this medication should only be used under the guidance of a healthcare provider. Patients must adhere to the prescribed dosage and not exceed the recommended amount. Potential side effects may include headaches, nausea, and hot flashes. Always consult with your healthcare provider if you have any questions or concerns about this medication or its use.
