Bayview Pharmacy is proud to offer a unique compounded formulation of Vancomycin 200 mg/Tobramycin 100 mg/Betamethasone 0.5 mg Capsules for Nasal Irrigation/Nebulizer. This formulation is designed to treat a variety of respiratory conditions, including Cystic Fibrosis, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Bronchiectasis, Asthma, and Allergic Rhinitis.

Vancomycin is an antibiotic that works by stopping the growth of bacteria. Tobramycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that works by killing bacteria. Betamethasone is a corticosteroid that works by reducing inflammation. Together, these three medications work to reduce inflammation and fight infection in the nasal passages.

This formulation is designed to be used with the NeilMed™ Sinus Rinse. The contents of one capsule should be emptied into a standard volume (8oz) of NeilMed™ Sinus Rinse and irrigation 1/2 bottle per nostril twice daily. It is important to note that these capsules should not be swallowed.
